Hi! I’m Danielle.

They there! I'm Danielle, the heart and soul behind Bee Focused Photography. Find on my blog, client spotlights, behind the scene tales and my top tips for personal branding and family photography.
When it comes to family photography, there’s something truly special about capturing the candid, unplanned moments. The laughter, the quiet smiles, the chaos of everyday life – these are the moments that tell your family’s story. This is why I introduced “A Day in the Life” photography sessions. I started taking these candid photos of my two boys many years ago and they remain some of my absolute favourite photos of them as they really capture who they are and their natural expressions and interests.
Unlike traditional posed family photos, these sessions allow me to blend into the background, letting your family be themselves. Whether it’s a lazy Sunday morning, a trip to the park, or just playing at home, these are the times when your family’s true personalities shine through. The kids aren’t forced into uncomfortable poses, and there’s no pressure to smile on cue. Instead, I capture the genuine moments – the glances, the giggles, and even the occasional tears – that make your family unique.
The beauty of these sessions lies in their authenticity. When you look back at the photos, you won’t just see smiling faces; you’ll see the real memories of your family’s day-to-day life. These are the images that will bring back the sounds, the smells, and the feelings of those fleeting moments. It’s not just about preserving how you looked, but how it felt to be together.
If you’re looking for a way to capture the true essence of your family, consider an “A Day in the Life” session. It’s more than just a photoshoot – it’s a way to freeze those everyday moments in time, creating a visual story that you’ll treasure for years to come.
