Meet Chalk Farm Flowers

Chalk Farm Flowers is a small, sustainable cut flower farm run by Molly and Dan. After completing three years of horticultural training, they created their one-acre flower farm where they grow seasonal, chemical-free blooms for local customers, farmers’ markets and florists. Their work celebrates the natural beauty of each season while helping to reduce the carbon footprint of imported flowers.

A Small Business Rooted in Seasonality

Everything at Chalk Farm Flowers is grown in rhythm with the seasons. The sustainable cut flower farm is filled with field-grown, scented varieties that change throughout the year, offering something different with each visit. Their approach is thoughtful and environmentally conscious, with a strong focus on locally grown British flowers and sustainable growing methods.

What It Felt Like to Photograph the Flower Farm

This session was a joy. Being surrounded by endless beds of flowers felt calm and inspiring, and Molly and Dan were so relaxed and welcoming that I immediately felt at home. They work together with an ease that reflects the pace of the farm itself. It is also a space I am lucky to use for family photography, which makes it a place that already holds a lot of meaning for me.
